With over three million tests provided to patients, we remain committed to delivering accessible genetic testing services to more than 5,000 hospitals and clinics across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, India, Turkey, Brazil, and USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis on capex, cashflow and funding requirements to Fundraising & Investor Relation Manager (FIRM).
- Provide regular analysis and summarise market reports on healthcare, bioscience (genomics/ genetics) sector to support for funding, corporate development, regional/global expansion projects.
- Support the FIRM on fund-raising projects, public registration and IPO projects, including but not limited to:
- Review, update, and maintain virtual data room (VDR) for upcoming fundraising rounds.
- Become a key contact point for internal communication during the due diligence (DD) stage.
- Answer advisors questions and facilitate information request during the DD process.
- Review vendor DD reports and summarise feedbacks from internal teams.
- Maintain detailed business plan, financial model and valuation analysis of the company.
- Prepares meeting agenda and materials for Board meetings and captures relevant meeting minutes and Board resolutions.
- Help prepare the company's Annual Report, Quarterly Analyst Call and Disclosure for Investors and External stakeholders.
- Attend and support investor / shareholder engagement activities.
- Perform other duties as requested by the FIRM and the Senior Management team (e.g. CFO, CFC, or Fundraising Director).
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Well-prepared VDR internally for DD process, including the company's financial model and updating along the way.
- Maintain smooth information flows and communications among internal project teams (i.e. among functional departments), from fundraising initiation through to closing.
- Robust and detailed analysis supporting regular investor update and valuation of the company.
- Public and listing roadmap and execution plan approved by the Board and General Shareholder Meeting.
- Well-organised filings of fundraising records, meeting materials, and other investor's communications.
- Well-designed and informative annual reports and quarterly updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Investment.
- At least 2-year working experience relevant to the above-mentioned scopes.
- Pursuing Master of Accounting or Finance, ACCA, CPA or CFA is optional but preferrable.
- Advanced Excel/Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Power BI to turn complex data into digestible dashboards for the Board.
- Experience in healthcare and medical sector is also preferred.
- Proven strategic mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
- Strong communication skills, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing (Vietnamese and English).
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to lead the communication and cross-functional collaboration.
