What You'll Do
- Ensure all client deliverables are in line with service agreements
- Maintenance of accounting records including entering transactions into Reckon (experience helpful but not essential) accounting software
- Processing of investor transactions
- Tax compliance including distribution calculations and BAS returns
- Liaison with external auditors and service providers
- Preparation of annual Financial Statements
- Preparation of periodical management reporting packs.
Key Criteria
- At least 2 years of Fund Accounting experience; Balance Sheet, P&L, Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, Financial Statements and reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in private equity and real estate holdings.
- Has worked at least one year in another job preparing financial statements or NAVs (Net Asset Value)
- Experience with Geneva World Investor product is a big advantage
- High attention to detail

Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3-month training onsite.
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am 5 pm) with a hybrid setup
