Working location: Hybrid in HCMC/ Da Nang City
Salary range: Up to VND 65,000,000 gross
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute manual testing activities (functional, regression, integration, UAT) with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with onshore QA Manager, Developers, and Product Owner to clarify requirements, priorities, and testing expectations.
- Act as a senior QA member in the team, supporting task coordination and sharing best practices when needed.
- Represent QA in onshore discussions by clearly communicating test progress, issues, and risks.
- Independently plan, prioritize, and manage assigned testing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Identify, track, and follow up defects proactively, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Contribute to automation testing (30%) by executing, maintaining, or enhancing existing automated test cases.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and cross-team meetings, including night meetings to align with onshore teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing (70%).
- Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of automation testing (30%) using tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Basic programming/scripting skills and understanding of automation frameworks.
- Good English communication skills, able to work directly with onshore stakeholders.
- Strong self-management, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willingness and ability to join night meetings when required.
