Fullstack Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel & .NET / Vue.js)

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile, details-oriented Fullstack Software Engineer with at least 1 year of professional hands-on experience to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will work across both modern software architectures (Vue 3, Laravel 11, .NET Core) and existing legacy modules (Blade, jQuery, Bootstrap). You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from authoring software design documentation (Basic/Detailed Design) to backend API development, database optimization, cloud deployment, and automated/manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize features across both frontend and backend codebases.
• Design and consume robust RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless client-server interaction.
• Participate in software design phases by drafting technical specifications, including Basic Design (BD) and Detailed Design (DD) documents.
• Create structured Unit Test (UT) cases, execute manual test scenarios, and ensure high code quality.
• Work with Docker containers for consistent local/production environments and assist with basic deployment tasks on AWS.

Technical Requirements

• At least 1 year experience with Fullstack Development.
• Experience building modern SPAs with Vue 3, Vue Router 4, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with structured CSS preprocessors (Sass / SCSS).
• Hands-on experience working with server-side rendered views and traditional stacks: Laravel Blade, jQuery, and Bootstrap 4.
• Proficiency with PHP 8.3 + Laravel 11.
• Experience or familiarity with ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience writing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience working with relational databases, specifically MySQL and SQL Server (schema design, writing efficient SQL queries).
• Proficiency with Git (or SVN).
• Working experience with Docker and foundational exposure to AWS.
• Demonstrated experience creating Unit Test (UT) test cases and performing structured manual testing.

Language Skills (Plus)

• English: TOEIC score 700+ (or equivalent proficiency).
• Japanese: JLPT N4 or above.
