We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Reactjsto build and scale high-performance applications solving complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
- Leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.
- Reviewing code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborating with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Identifying and resolving technical debt and system bottlenecks.
- Providing guidance and training to junior developers to help them grow their skills.
- Implementing and advocating for best practices.
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Actively participating in retrospectives and suggesting improvements to processes and workflows.
Requirements
- From 3+ years of professional software development experience in back-end Java
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in Reactjs
- 3-5 years + experience working in Software Development: Solid experience in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with React.js or similar technologies (Angular.js, Vue.js);
- Efficient in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Foundation, JQuery, JSON) including accessibility and security concerns;
- Experience in Cloud computing and Amazon Web Services
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs design (GraphQL desirable) and Microservices-based system;
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology;
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
- Fair experience in JAVA 8+;
- Experience in Java open-source frameworks, including developing using modern frameworks, e.g. Spring Boot;
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based system;
- Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. Selenium, Mocha/Chai/Jest/Playwright/Cyress).
- Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
