ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead and oversee a cross-functional development team delivering full stack web applications.
- Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces with React and Angular.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold coding standards, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Enhance application performance, security, and scalability through best practices and optimization techniques.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend relevant improvements.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related backend technologies.
- Proficient in React.js and Angular, including state management tools such as Redux and NgRx.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
