Fullstack Engineer (Azure, AI, DevOps)

Development

● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using JS/TS and Azure services.

● Analyze client requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

● Work in an Agile development team, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

● Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

● Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting

● Conduct thorough testing of web applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance.

● Work closely with the QC team to identify and resolve bugs or issues promptly.

● Debug and troubleshoot production issues to maintain application stability.

Security and Compliance

● Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

● Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

● Monitor and enhance application security using Azure security tools.

Documentation

● Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, system architecture, and user guides.

● Maintain up-to-date documentation for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Collaboration and Communication

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

● Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and collaborative decision-making.

● Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Learning

● Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Next.js, Azure, and software development.

● Continuously improve coding skills and adopt best practices for efficient development.

● Engage in Agile best practices, including continuous integration and deployment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required Tech Skills and Experience (Must):

1. Azure & AI Development

● Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search (Vector + Semantic Search), CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault

● Experience building and operating RAG-based systems.

● Understanding of Managed Identity and Microsoft Entra ID.

2. RAG (Search Extension Generation) Construction and Operation Experience

● Experience in accuracy improvement using vector search and semantic search.

● Ability to logically adjust answer accuracy from both the search query and LLM prompt perspectives.

3. Frontend Development

● Strong experience with: NextJS 15 (App Router), React, Typescript

4. Backend / API Development

● Experience with: HonoJS, zod/zValidator, neverthrow

● Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

5. Serverless / Batch Processing

● Experience developing Azure Functions using Python, C# .NET

6. Infrastructure & DevOps

● Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

● Ability to understand infrastructure configurations in code and safely modify and deploy them.

● CI/CD with GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners on Azure VM.

● Good understanding of Git workflows and version control.

7. Others

● Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Good English language skills for both reading and writing.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

● Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AI-102, etc.).

● Experience with enterprise AI/RAG systems on Azure.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

● Experience with Microsoft ecosystem integrations (SharePoint, Power Automate).
