Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and Design: Collaborate in the analysis of project requirements and the design of software architecture to ensure that products align with objectives and and meet customer requirements.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate familiarity with testing methodologies, mocking, and debugging tools to ensure software quality and efficiently resolve issues.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize source code for optimal application performance, ensuring that our software remains responsive and efficient.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to other teams in integrating software components and solving technical challenges, promoting effective collaboration.
- Write Clean and Maintainable Code: Uphold best practices in software development by consistently writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Requirements
Requirements (Must have)
- At least 45 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development (RESTful APIs, microservices).
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB (schema design, query optimization).
- Solid experience working with:
- Kafka (message queue / event streaming)
- S3 or S3-compatible storage
- WebSocket / Socket.IO or equivalent real-time solutions
- Frontend development experience with Vue 3 or ReactJS / Next.js.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, OOP, clean code, and design patterns.
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience in designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience building high-traffic or real-time systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of caching (e.g. Redis), monitoring, and logging.

- Working hours:
- 8h30 AM 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
