Job Title: Full-stack (ReactJS+Python) Developer
The job description:
We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and a good foundation in Python backend development. Your main focus will be developing scalable, high-quality front-end components using ReactJS, while also contributing to backend services with Python when required. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, ensuring that our applications are robust, efficient, and easy to maintain.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end technologies but also enjoys expanding their skills into backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interface components using ReactJS, following best practices.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance system performance.
- Contribute to backend development using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred).
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
- Apply solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and programming techniques to solve complex tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve development practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong knowledge of React ecosystem: React, Redux, Thunk/Saga.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and component-based development.
- Experience with CSS libraries/frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.).
- Fundamental knowledge of IT:
- Data structures & algorithms
- Database concepts
- Software design & programming techniques
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in backend development with Python.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills, good English (spoken & written).
- Eagerness to learn and grow with new technologies.
