1. Role Responsibilities: Participate in the development of AI-powered products integrated with web platforms to solve real-world business challenges. Design, build, and optimize both backend and frontend systems using appropriate programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to implement new features while ensuring performance and user experience. Research and integrate AI models (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, etc.) into web-based systems. Communicate and work effectively in English with international partners and stakeholders.
2. Job Qualification: College or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on experience in both AI and Web Development Strong programming skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java) and one frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Solid foundational knowledge of AI, including data processing, model building, and performance evaluation. Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to B1+ level or IELTS 6.0 and above. Logical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive learning mindset. Preferred: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and having deployed real-world products.
3. Benifits: Salary: Ranges from 25,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on position. Probationary Salary: 100% of the salary during the probation period.
