Job Title: Full-stack Designer (UI/UX & Visual)

Salary: 2035M VND gross/month

Work Location: Th Nhum, Hon Kim, Hanoi

Type: Full-time | In-office (Mon-Fri).

Join a fast-growing AI product team where design directly shapes real-world drug discovery. You will own product UI, web presence, and brand visuals in one role.

This role focuses on designing high-quality product interfaces, websites, and marketing visuals for an AI-driven healthcare platform. You will work closely with engineers, scientists, and product teams to deliver clear, consistent, and production-ready designs.

• Design product UI for web platforms using Figma (dashboards, components, icons).
• Maintain and evolve a consistent UI component library and design system.
• Design and update responsive websites using Webflow.
• Create visual assets for marketing, presentations, events, and social media.
• Translate complex scientific or technical concepts into clear visual designs.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Must-Have

• 26 years of experience in UI design, digital design, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showing UI quality, layout, and visual consistency.
• Advanced skills in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design tokens).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Hanoi.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Webflow; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Motion or animation experience (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
• Experience working with tech, biotech, or AI products.
