Role Overview

The Full-Time Videographer / Video Editor will be responsible for filming and editing short-form and long-form video content for client projects and internal brand content. This role requires both technical proficiency and creative judgment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team.

• Location: Based in Hanoi
• Contract Duration: 1-year
• Salary: 14 - 18M (based on experience)
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (remote working flexibility)

Responsibilities

1. Production (On-Set)

• Operate camera equipment for commercial, lifestyle, and documentary-style shoots
• Assist with lighting, audio setup, and basic set design
• Follow shot lists while capturing creative, spontaneous b-roll
• Work efficiently on full-day and half-day shoots

2. Post-Production (Editing)

• Review, organize, and assess shoot footage
• Locate and select appropriate royalty-free soundtracks from the database to be used in client videos
• Edit short-form and long-form videos
• Perform basic color correction and cinematic color grading
• Clean and enhance audio
• Organize footage, backups, and project files properly
• Apply revision note feedback as necessary

3. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot-lists
• Ensure final deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations

Qualifications

1. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, and movement
• Experience shooting with mirrorless or cinema cameras
• Comfortable editing both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats
• Must have basic filming equipment
