We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer with a primary focus on:
- Flutter for frontend mobile applications
- FastAPI, Firebase and GCP Tools for backend services (built with Python)
- Leveraging Multi Agent Systemsto enable automated test suites and bug finding capabilities
The candidate must be comfortable working with: Multi-agentic systems around LLM providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity (built with Python)
Examples of projects you could be responsible for: Creating a headless environment to run Flutter apps, and leverage existing MCP for agents to simulate real user behaviour
*While AI-Native Quality Assurance is the initial project which you will be working on, do note that you can be expected to be cross deployed to work on features and application code as well.
You would also be expected to tackle common engineering problems such as bug fixes and regular feature upgrades for our frontend and backend.
What You'll Do / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Flutter mobile apps and Python backend services (FastAPI, Firebase, GCP).
- Design and develop AI-native quality systems using multi-agent LLM architectures for testing, bug discovery, and automation.
- Create automated test environments (including headless/simulated Flutter environments).
- Use LLM agents to simulate real user behavior, generate tests, reproduce bugs, and validate system flows.
- Contribute across QA systems, product features, backend services, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and release quality.
Requirements
Professional / Technical Skills
- Strong Python experience with FastAPI (Flask/Django acceptable).
- Experience building or working with agentic / multi-agent LLM systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience with Flutter mobile development and Firebase.
- Strong testing mindset: automation, debuggability, and reliability-first engineering.
- Experience building systems that are testable, observable, and automation-friendly.
- Comfortable working across QA, feature development, and production systems.
