Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python + React)

About the Role

We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build modern, scalable web applications using Python on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end product development from API design to polished UI and thrives in an autonomous, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)

- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications with React.js

- Design and integrate databases and backend business logic

- Collaborate on architecture, performance, and scalability improvements

- Implement authentication, role-based access, and secure application practices

- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and delivery

- Participate in product discussions and contribute proactively beyond assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 years of experience in full-stack software development

- Strong proficiency in Python backend development

- Solid experience with React.js and modern frontend patterns

- Experience working with REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)

- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

- Understanding of deployment workflows, Docker, and CI/CD basics
