With 50+ systems already live and producing power every day, we're now scaling 10x in the coming months. We seek a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll tackle complex challenges related to renewable energy: from APIs supporting real time energy data collection to building customer-facing applications all the way to scaling and operating cloud infrastructure. You will own key systems end-to-end, drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our own in-house software.

You'll work directly with our CEO and CFO to shape technical direction and deliver solutions that move the business forward. Beyond writing robust code, you'll help elevate our development, deployment, and operational practices as we grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain business-critical systems across the stack. From scalable backend services to performant, user-friendly frontends
• Translate complex and loosely defined business problems into clear, actionable technical solutions
• Drive experiment-driven innovation and uphold strong engineering practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and code quality

What we look for in you:

• Proven experience writing maintainable, reusable, and testable code (preferably in Golang + preferably some experience in writing frontends)
• A good understanding of Docker and CI/CD (e. g. Github).
• A good understanding of relational databases and experience in writing SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and system integration (RESTful or GraphQL)
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from UX and architecture to deployment and monitoring
• A pragmatic, product-focused mindset that balances technical excellence with delivering customer value
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new tools and methods that improve product quality and engineering efficiency
• Good written and spoken English
• 1-4 years relevant experience
• Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on and highly motivated to build the next renewable energy software
• Excited to work with us
• Available full-time in Ho Chi Minh City
