We are looking for many Senior NodeJS Developers to join our team. This role requires highly skilled developers who can design, develop, and manage complex web applications using modern technologies. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- All responsibilities of the Senior Fullstack Developer, plus:
- Architect and oversee the development of complex systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Drive innovation and improvements in development processes, performance optimization, and security best practices.
REQUIREMENT:
- All requirements of the Senior Fullstack Developer, plus:
- 4+ years of experience in Fullstack development with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and providing technical mentorship.
- Strong architectural and system design skills to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Excellent communication, experience managing teams.
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and drive innovation.
