We are growing and looking for a Digital Consultant a mid-level Digital Expert who can own technical modules, mentor junior colleagues, and support the delivery of innovative software systems. We are particularly excited about AI tools and workflow/agent-based automation to raise quality and efficiency in our delivery processso if you're passionate about that, we want to hear from you.
Tasks
As a Digital Consultant at ITGRATE, you will:
- Take technical ownership of features and software components in mobile or web projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps).
- Develop and maintain apps and backend systems using best practices and modern tools.
- Investigate and solve bugs and performance issues across environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and internal tooling discussions.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
- Engage with clients and project managers in English and/or Vietnamese.
- Help explore and integrate AI tools, workflows, and automation agents into project delivery.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 35 years of experience in mobile or software development.
- Specializes in one of the following technologies:
- Flutter
- Native Android (Kotlin/Java)
- Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
- Understands object-oriented programming principles deeply.
- Is curious and open to new technologies such as AI agents, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Communicates clearly in both English and Vietnamese; German is a bonus.
- Works proactively, takes initiative, and is a reliable team player.
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Have experience with cloud-native platforms or containerized deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker).
- Have contributed to open-source or side projects.
- Have knowledge of process automation, data pipelines, or AI toolchains.
