We are seeking a Full-Time Full-Stack Developer with more than 2 years of professional experience to join our team in Hanoi. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications across both frontend and backend, supporting our HR platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in writing clean, efficient code and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable frontend and backend services
- Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend APIs
- Design and implement database schemas and data management strategies
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and performance tuning
- Ensure security, stability, and scalability of systems across the stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend
- Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
- Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js or Java)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
- Good understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices (e.g., MVC, microservices)
- Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus
- Comfortable using Git for version control
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
