Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Multi-Platform Innovation: Architect and deploy responsive applications optimized for mobile, tablet, and web browsers, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

Lead Legacy Migration: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems (including those built on VB, VBA, and .NET Framework 4.8) to modern, high-performance stacks like .NET 6/7 and Microservices architectures.

Maintain Architectural Integrity: Oversee a clean, scalable codebase, establishing coding standards and conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure long-term system maintainability.

Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex functional issues and performance bottlenecks through deep-dive analysis and architectural optimization.Specialized Integration (IoT & AI)

IoT & Hardware Orchestration: Manage the integration of hardware and IoT devices, utilizing Azure IoT Hub as the central bridge for data ingestion and device management.

Sensor Data Visualization: Architect systems to visualize real-time and historical sensor data through advanced charting, implementing automated email and system notifications triggered by critical data thresholds.

AI Use Case Development: Integrate and utilize modern AI APIs (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to build actionable intelligence into business workflows and enhance application capabilities.

Industrial Domain Expertise: Oversee the maintenance of OT and IT systems, with a focus on Historian and plant system architecture to support industrial automation.Front-End & Back-End Excellence

Responsive Interface Design: Develop high-performance, user-friendly front-ends using ReactJS and modern frameworks such as Flutter/Dart or VueJS.

Robust Backend Services: Construct resilient .NET APIs and services capable of handling high-traffic volume and complex business logic.

Data Tier Management: Design and manage complex database structures using Microsoft SQL Server and time-series databases like InfluxDB for IoT telemetry.Testing, Quality & Security

Lead Quality Initiatives: Direct comprehensive testing efforts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, while implementing automated testing frameworks.

Reliability & Resilience: Ensure High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for enterprise database systems and cloud infrastructures.

Security Enforcement: Implement robust application security measures, including data protection, authentication, and authorization protocols (OWASP standards).Strategic Collaboration & Leadership

Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors to coordinate software patching, system maintenance, and third-party integrations.

Requirement Synthesis: Work directly with customers and stakeholders to define DevSecOps processes, clarify technical specifications, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by introducing modern tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in full-stack software engineering.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Language: Advanced Business English (written and verbal).

Back-End Expertise: Deep proficiency in C# .NET (specifically .NET 6, .NET Core, and migration experience from .NET Framework 4.8).

Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

Front-End Proficiency: Advanced ReactJS skills; experience with modern frameworks like Flutter/Dart or VueJS.

Database Mastery: Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server and hands-on experience with time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB) or PostgreSQL.

Web Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and JQuery.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Cloud Ecosystems: Advanced experience with Azure (IoT Hub, Web App, DevOps, Logic App, Service Bus) or AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, RDS).

Specialized Domains: Prior experience in OT/IT system maintenance or plant historian architecture.

DevOps & Tools: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a significant plus.
