About The Role
We're hiring a developer to join our team long-term and build internal infrastructure that powers high-volume email operations. This is not a one-time project we have a continuous pipeline of internal tools and systems that need to be built.
Your first project: Build our internal email sequencing platform from scratch. We have complete specs, API references, and clear requirements. Your job is to execute fast.
After that: More projects. If you perform well, there's ongoing work for years.
What You'll Build
- Email sequencing platform supporting 100,000+ accounts and 1,000,000+ daily sends
- Random send scheduling algorithms (critical for deliverability)
- IMAP-based reply detection
- Webhook integrations
- Dashboard UI for campaign management
What You'll Need
- Strong Node.js OR Python experience
- PostgreSQL (at scale preferred)
- Redis and job queues (BullMQ, Celery, or similar)
- SMTP/IMAP protocol understanding
- REST API development
- Comfortable with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

Salary: $750 - $1,200 USD/month
