Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver technical capability and direction for the Lead Encoding application. Support enhancement to the application and develop integration with clients.
Carry out design, development, testing, documentation, code review and analysis of various software applications and technical specifications, complying with established methodologies. Creatively enhance existing product lines with new capabilities and features.
Focus on product enhancements and solutions for complex problems and perform an important role in the integration of developed software utilizing user interfaces and data. Engineer sophisticated new solutions for large-scale go-to-market system offerings, encompassing Keyloops entire product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of reliable, high performing and usable applications
- Creation of detailed design documentation and diagrams
- Diligently unit testing and debugging application components as necessary
- Displaying initiative in research, proposal and development of tools, technologies and techniques
- Collaborating and communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Analysis of business needs and development of technical solutions
- Applying foresight to look beyond immediate requirements for future extensibility
- Participating in design and code reviews as necessary
- Supporting clients evolving needs through ongoing product enhancements and application extension
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET experience
- Good knowledge / experience with javascript and Node.js
- Experience and understanding of web protocols (http, ftp, SMTP, POP3)
- Experience in modern html/css stack (SASS, LESS)
- Understanding of SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, asynchronous execution, composition over inheritance
- Experience in designing and building persistence layers using relational database technologies with stored procedure and an ORM framework (Entity Framework)
- Experience in REST API design principles
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, such as: xUnit, nUnit, Moq, nSubstitute
- Experience in modern version control (GitHub)
- Fluent English
Those will be a plus:
- Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experiance with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, OneCD, Argo)
- Experience in React or other modern UI frameworks
- Understanding of DDD concepts
