Full-Stack Developer (AI / Gemini-First Stack)

We are looking for a forward-thinking Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building the next generation of AI-native applications. We don't just use AI; we are a Gemini-first organization. This means we leverage AI-assisted coding tools to 10x our productivity and build applications where LLMs are a core part of the architecture, not just an add-on.

This role is ideal for a developer who is tired of traditional manual coding and wants to master the art of AI-orchestrated development on a modern Google Cloud stack.

Responsibilities:

* AI-Driven Development: Utilize AI coding agents (Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Google AntiGravity) to accelerate the SDLC, from prototyping to writing unit tests and documentation.

* Full-Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js or Python.

* Cloud Native Architecture: Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), prioritizing serverless and managed services like Cloud Run and Firebase.

* AI Integration: Implement LLM capabilities (Gemini API, Vertex AI) into production features, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and autonomous agents.

* Quality & Standards: Participate in AI-augmented code reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability of both human and AIgenerated code.

* Agile Collaboration: Work within a cross-functional team using Google Workspace and Git-based workflows.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

The Tech Stack:

* Frontend: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React / Next.js.

* Backend: Experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Python (FastAPI).

* Data: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Firestore, or Vector Databases.

AI Mastery: You must be a Power User of AI coding tools. You should be comfortable using tools like Gemini CLI or Claude Code to refactor complex logic or bootstrap new services.

GCP Ecosystem: Familiarity with Google Cloud services (Cloud Run, GKE, Firebase, or Pub/Sub).

DevOps: Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Communication: Proficiency in English (for technical collaboration).

Nice to Have (The Advantage Skills):

Mobile Development: Experience with Flutter (preferred for GCP synergy) or React Native.

AI Engineering: Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, or building RAG pipelines with LangChain/LlamaIndex.

Infrastructure: Experience with Terraform or Docker for containerized environments.
