Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and optimize modules, templates and themes within HubSpot CMS.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to translate strategic and creative needs into scalable web solutions.
- Enhance the website as a key extension of our brand and as a driver for campaigns and customer interactions.
- Develop new components, features and integrations as needed, aligned with business goals.
- Continuously improve the websites usability, performance, and responsiveness to meet evolving needs.
- Take ownership of our website development and maintenance, ensuring we can operate independently from external agencies.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools and workflows to speed up development, improve quality and enhance the user experience where possible.
Requirements
Must have
- Strong front-end developmentskills: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptwith 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience withCMS platforms(e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Laravel).
- Ability tobuild and customize templates, themes, and modules.
- Familiarity withresponsive, mobile-first design and UI/UX best practices.
- Proactive and self-drivenmindset able to take ownership of website development and improvements.
- Comfortablecollaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.
- Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous experience withHubSpot CMSand its development tools.
- Familiarity withHubSpot APIs, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
- Exposure to or interest inAI-assisted development workflows.
- Knowledge ofSEO best practicesandperformance optimization.
- Understanding ofaccessibility standardsand web compliance.
- Experience working onopen-source projectsor inagile, fast-paced environments.
- Affinity with theFinTech domainand interest in user-centered digital experiences.
