Job overview and Responsibility:
ReactJS Developer will be part of a fast growing team of developers to support a range of front end and back end projects for a medium Australian client. You will be working with a small team of senior developers and QA initially to build velocity and support as a foundation team. We work within an Agile SCRUM methodology.
Domain: Real estate and property management
Team size: > 15 (AU and India)
- Develop and maintain web applications usingReact.js.
- Manage state withRedux, handle async flows usingThunk/Saga, and optimize data fetching withReact Query.
- Integrate with backend APIs and ensureresponsive, optimized UI.
- Participate incode reviews, testing, and deploymentsvia CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- At least 2 year experience as team leader
Must have skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on experience withReact.jsandTypeScript.
- Proficiency inRedux, React Query, and async handling (Thunk/Saga).
- Experience withCI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding ofweb performance, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability tocommunicate well in Englishwith foreign clients
Prefer if candidate has the following:
- Experience working with foreign companies, in particular Australia
- Experience working in a fast paced agile team
- Is available to travel to Australia where required
- Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
