Job Title: Frontend Leader
Salary: Up to 75,000,000 VND (net)
Work Location: LK Building, 399 Cng Ha, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
Type: Temporary remote until office completion (approx. 1 month)
We are seeking a Frontend Leader to establish and lead our frontend team. This role is crucial as the first development headcount, where you will build the team from scratch, set standards, and guide technical direction. You will work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-focused applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Architect and develop scalable frontend applications using React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Stay updated with frontend technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues to ensure application stability.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a frontend leadership role.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx), and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Knowledge of Cocos Creator, Unity, optimization, and game architecture.
- Experience building and scaling a frontend team from the ground up.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate English (able to read and understand technical documentation).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
