We are seeking a Frontend Developer to join our Technology team, responsible for developing and maintaining web-based systems that support core business operations across Masan's ecosystem (retail, FMCG, finance, etc.).
You will work on high-availability, user-facing applications such as customer loyalty portals, internal dashboards, CMS, and integration layers with ERP/CRM platforms. The ideal candidate has strong frontend fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering stable, scalable web applications in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend components for web applications serving both internal users and external customers.
- Build responsive, well-structured UI interfaces based on design system and business workflows.
- Collaborate with backend developers, BA, and system teams to ensure robust API integration.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of frontend code.
- Participate in technical analysis, UI reviews, system testing, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to documentation, reusable component libraries, and codebase improvements.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, version control, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- 45 years of experience in frontend development for enterprise web applications or public systems (e.g. customer portals, eCommerce sites, loyalty platforms).
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, NextJS and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and state management (e.g. Redux, Context API).
- Knowledge of frontend architecture and design patterns for maintainable codebases.
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating frontend with ERP (SAP) or CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with security best practices for web applications (authentication, access control, etc.).
- Understanding of frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress) and build pipelines (Webpack, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or with cross-BU systems.
