ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, Product, Design) to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build reusable and maintainable UI components following best practices.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
- Implement and manage application state using modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query).
- Optimize application performance and continuously improve code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Support mobile team on selected features using Flutter (minor enhancements, bug fixing, or small feature development).
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code efficiency.
- Analyze user behavior and data to drive improvements and experimentation.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong handon experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design).
- Basic experience with Flutter (able to support small features or collaborate with mobile teams).
- Solid understanding of React core concepts (Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, etc.).
- Experience with modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a focus on responsive design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with openness to experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable adopting and using AI-assisted development tools.
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive and collaborative attitude.
