What's the role about
As a
Frontend Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering web experiences that not only elevate but transform the customer journey. You'll be part of a thriving, established team responsible for our Design System and Component Librarycore assets that support the scale and evolution of our entire platform. Your ability to adapt, iterate, and grow alongside the product will be key to your success.

Some of the key activities you will be performing in this role are:
- Work closely with the Design and Product team to implement features that will improve the UI/UX of the Ansarada Platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and support best practices within our engineering team.
- Develop new instances of existing architecture or make minor improvements to existing architecture.
- Work directly in parallel with your peers, owning small-medium features from design to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Product, DevOps and Customer Success to design, implement, and maintain backend solutions aligned with our product vision and business goals.
- Continuously growing and sharing your knowledge of emerging technologies and practices.
Experience that will help you succeed in the role:
- have a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English. The ability to effectively communicate in English is essential for success in this role. (TOEIC 700)
- Experience building and maintaining web-based applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), with strong understanding of SPA development and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles, cross-platform optimisation (including mobile), and lean product development / agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of software testing techniquesunit, integration, automated, and exploratory/manual testingto ensure high-quality delivery.
- Basic understanding of relational databases, query performance, paging, and how to avoid issues like N+1 queries, plus awareness of core software design patterns.
- Ability to work independently on smallmedium features, contribute to architectural improvements, use distributed version control systems, and demonstrate initiative and a strong growth mindset.
- know principles of building responsive and accessible applications, and cross-platform optimisation for mobile phones.
- are experienced with task workflow and distributed version control systems. Software testing techniques, including unit/integration testing, manual/exploratory testing, and automated testing
- Nice to have:
- Experience in NodeJS and Express.
- Experience in GraphQL with Apollo or any GraphQL frameworks.
- Experience in container orchestration platforms on Kubernetes.
