Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Yersin Clinic is housed in a 10-story building with 30 functional examination rooms, capable of serving 500 patients per day.

Our medical team includes experienced Master's degree holders and Level I/II specialists, many of whom have worked at major hospitals in Vietnam and trained overseas. Our nurses and medical secretaries are carefully selected and continuously trained to ensure professionalism, compassion, and dedication in every service.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk and insurance operations, supervising front desk staff, managing appointments, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role includes coordinating and monitoring insurance claim processing, handling client inquiries and issues, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with proven experience in front desk and receptionist duties.
  • Solid knowledge of health insurance processes, including insurance verification, cashless guarantee, claims documentation, and reimbursement procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in office software and clinic/hospital management systems (HIS/EMR preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare facility or insurance-related, customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
