About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong Japanese language skills who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Account Management and International Business. Youll be working closely with Japanese clients, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in handling client relationships, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
• Translate and interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese in meetings, emails, and technical documents.
• Support the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain and update client records, reports, and business documents.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and Japanese clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields (recent graduates welcome).
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2+), strong business email writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Japan for long-term career development.
