Fresh graduate hiring-E-commerce sales

1. Learn and understand e-commerce business objectives, and assist the e-commerce manager in executing daily operations to ensure business plans are implemented.

2. Assist in formulating e-commerce product strategies, ensuring the successful launch of new products and promotional events.

3. Track, analyze, and summarize e-commerce sales data, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner.

4. Collaborate closely with e-commerce platforms and customers, managing and optimizing profit, traffic, conversion rate (CR), and product stock inventory (PSI).

5. Assist the e-commerce manager in completing budget and resource management, achieving better sales performance with a reasonable return on investment (ROI).

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and Xiaomi products.

3. Quick thinker with strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong stress tolerance, and adaptability to multitasking work environments.

5 Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese as a working language;
