Key Responsibilities
- Check forecast and update PO/VC information in the system as required.
- Coordinate with shipper to confirm cargo readiness and obtain shipment detail.
- Handle booking process upon receipt of SO and communicate with carriers to secure space and sailing schedules in accordance with routing guide.
- Release booking confirmation to shipper and work with the CFS warehouse to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions and VGM to carriers; issue HBL/FCR to shippers.
- Ensure ISF/AMS filing and related data entry (CW1/OW) are completed accurately and on time
- Request and audit shipping documents carefully to prevent clearance delays at destination.
- Track & trace shipments and update if any delays.
- Review billing details to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Work Experience / Education
- University Graduation in related field.
- Having experience (1-2 years) in freight forwarding.
- Good computer literacy
- Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
- Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Diligent, detail oriented
