About the position

Job description:
• Develop new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and cross-border logistics
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while increasing shipment volume
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Meet monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and trading companies
Job requirements:
• Previous sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry preferred
• Candidates with mature customer resources / active client portfolio strongly preferred
• Good understanding of ocean freight, air freight, trucking, and customs procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer development skills
• Good at English (both verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Working location: Remote work, prefer candidate residing in Ho Chi Minh City;
