Role Description

This is a freelance, remote role based in Vietnam supporting K-Linker's Facebook page and TikTok channels for the Vietnam audience. The Social Media Content Operator will focus on publishing and managing localized content to promote Korean medical services. Most video and photo assets will be provided by K-Linker; the role centers on editing/light production, localization, scheduling, and posting with consistent weekly output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate K-Linker's Facebook page and TikTok accounts for Vietnam
• Publish each 3 pieces of content per week in TikTok and Facebook with short-form.
• Localize and adapt provided content assets for audiences (captions, hashtags, tone, CTAs)
• Translate materials provided from Korea (Vietnam language posting)
• Perform light editing as required (basic trimming, formatting, subtitles, cover thumbnails) using provided assets
• Maintain a simple content calendar and ensure posts go out on schedule
• Monitor comments and messages and escalate inquiries to the K-Linker team when needed
• Provide basic performance updates (e.g., weekly or monthly post links and key metrics)

Deliverables

• Total 6 posts per week across Facebook and TikTok
• Localized captions/hashtags for each post
• Occasional translated posts based on materials shared by K-Linker
• Periodic reporting summary (frequency to be agreed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating Facebook page and TikTok for brands (healthcare/beauty/travel preferred)
• Strong writing/localization skills in Vietnamese and English or Korean (Korean is a plus, not required)
• Familiarity with short-form content best practices (hooks, captions, posting formats)
• Reliable, self-directed freelancer able to meet weekly deadlines
• Basic editing capability using common tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

• Location: Vietnam (remote)
• Content volume: over 6 posts per week
• Most visual assets provided by K-Linker; occasional light production/editing required
