Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Freelance/ Part-time Inspector to join our team in Vnh Phc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various products before export, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing accurate reports to our clients.

  • Perform pre-export inspections of diverse products, including shoes, clothes, backpacks, electronics, toys, and televisions
  • Examine shipping labels, product appearance, and internal labeling for accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct detailed checks on product specifications, including fabric measurements and weight, according to customer requirements
  • Assess container conditions and monitor the loading process
  • Verify carton counts against purchase orders and models
  • Inspect and document customs and shipping line seals
  • Prepare and submit timely, detailed inspection reports to clients
  • Collaborate with team members and work under the direction of supervisors
  • Travel to various locations within the province as needed, especially during peak seasons

Qualifications

  • University or College degree
  • Previous experience in the garment or logistics industry is preferred
  • Experience in goods inspection is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel for business trips, particularly during mid and end-of-month peak periods
  • Basic computer skills for report writing and communication
  • Physical ability to perform inspections in various environments
  • Honest, diligent, and agile approach to work
