- Native-level Hmong
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in medical interpretation is preferred
- Willingness to complete the required technical setup

Basic Technical Readiness:

- USB noise-cancelling headset
- Stable wired internet connection
- Professional video-call background
- HD camera (1080p)
