Freelance Graphic Designer(Vietnamese and English)

Engagement: Freelance / hourly · Remote

Commitment: 12–15 hours/week, with room to scale up when available

Reports to: Stakeholder, STYL Solutions

We're looking for 1–2 freelance graphic designers to own our recurring creative work.

You'll work from clear, written briefs. Every request arrives with a defined goal, target audience, exact deliverables and specs, brand direction, references, and a due date — so you spend your time designing, not guessing.

Requests fall into a few families. You don't need to cover all of them — tell us where you're strongest and we'll route work to match:

Brand & marketing

• Social media materials
• Event posters and banners

Packaging & print

• Product packaging (print-ready output, dielines)

Product surfaces

• Watch straps (pattern / material-facing design)
• Watch faces (digital UI designed to device specs)

• A portfolio showing real, shipped work in at least one of the families above
• Comfort working to written briefs and fixed specifications
• Reliable turnaround and an honest time estimate before you start
• (Packaging) Familiarity with print production, dielines, and prepress
• (Watch faces) Ability to design to exact pixel dimensions and device constraints
• Working English (written and spoken) — briefs, feedback, and check-ins are all run in English

1. Each request reaches you as a written creative brief — goal, audience, deliverables, specs, visual/brand direction, references, and due date.
2. You give a time estimate before work begins.
3. We iterate together until the design is finalized.
4. We gather feedback from the requester and close out the task.
