About the Role
We are seeking proactive freelancers to help drive qualified attendance for executive roundtables, industry events, networking sessions, and product showcases across Southeast Asia
Responsibilities
- Identify and build target attendee lists from relevant industries and companies.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other communication channel
- Engage and invite qualified professionals to attend event
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed attendee
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities and attendee confirmation
- Coordinate attendee reminders and pre-event communication
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Event Marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including CXOs, Directors, Managers, and Department Heads.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, or other prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Technology, SaaS, IT, Professional Services, Events, or Marketing industries.
- Previous experience in attendee acquisition, appointment setting, lead generation, or event promotion.
