About the Role
We are looking for experienced freelance coding and robotics trainers in Hanoi to support school programs, workshops, bootcamps, teacher training, trial classes, and competition preparation.
Trainers will use Walnut Education's ready-made curriculum, teaching materials, software, and robotics kits to deliver engaging, hands-on lessons for students aged 9–16.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coding, ICT, robotics, and STEM lessons.
- Deliver workshops, bootcamps, CCAs, trial classes, and competition training.
- Guide students through coding, robotics, problem-solving, and project-based activities.
- Manage classroom engagement and coordinate with school staff.
- Provide feedback on student progress and lesson effectiveness.
- Support teacher training, demonstrations, and school presentations when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, ICT, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching coding, ICT, robotics, STEM, or technology-related subjects.
- Familiarity with Scratch, Python, C++, robotics kits, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Comfortable teaching students aged 9–16.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Patient, responsible, adaptable, and proactive.
- Willing to travel within Hanoi.
- Available for selected weekdays, evenings, weekends, or school holiday programs.
