Checks and reconciles the quantity of RCVs at FC store and the quantity of RCVs at VN9997 to ensure the correct quantity for each PO and each item.
Checks and reconciles the quantity of RCVs at FC store and the quantity of invoice to ensure the correct quantity for each PO and each item.
Make bookkeeping of accounts receivable, payable to franchisee, support expenses, payments on behalf of the franchisee and others related to franchise activities in accordance with the accounting standard.
Calculating franchise fees, sharing fees, supporting fees, cost of disposed/loss products exceeding Common Loss Limit and others related to franchisee in accordance with the franchise agreement.
Keep records and documents related to franchising activities including but not limited to franchise contract, related sub-contracts, invoices, debt settlement minutes, handover minutes, ...
Prepare the final settlement and debt offset minute with franchisee monthly on time.
Prepare and process payment request to franchisee monthly on time according to the terms in the franchise agreement.
Tracking receivables from franchisee and remind FC team to collect money on time and correctly.

Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...).
Minimum 02 year working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail.
Good communication and listening skill, management skills;
English fluency (both verbal and written) is a plus;
Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
