Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead and shape the financial operations of our tech hub. This role will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing deep financial insights, driving business performance, and managing the FP&A function to ensure data-driven decision-making.
You will play a pivotal role in financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic and innovative environment
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts for the tech hub.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Align financial goals and metrics with the overall strategic vision of the organization.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, including P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation strategies.
- Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities to influence strategic decision-making.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of executive-level financial presentations and board reports
Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations, and marketing) to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Act as a financial thought partner to support new initiatives, market expansions, and tech product launching
- Provide financial due diligence and modeling for M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and partnerships.
Process Optimization & Systems Management
- Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Implement and optimize financial planning tools, dashboards, and ERP systems to enhance data accuracy and analysis.
- Establish and monitor financial controls and governance processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 58 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 35 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of driving strategic financial planning and influencing executive decision-making.
- Deep experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus and advanced Excel modeling.
