We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead planning, consolidation, and analytical activities across all entities within the group, with a focus on technology and gaming industries. The role requires close partnership with the Accounting Manager and country accountants to deliver accurate financial insights, scalable dashboards, and timely management reporting. You will own the budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, variance analyses (budget vs. actual), and the development of key financial metrics to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Experience building finance dashboards from scratch using BI tools is mandatory. You will also be responsible for margin analysis by product/service line, cost efficiency analysis by cost center, and the development and maintenance of a global cost center structure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and global accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for consolidation and reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive finance dashboards and reports from scratch using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Redash,..) to provide actionable insights to senior management, with a focus on technology/gaming metrics
  • Lead monthly management consolidation, including data gathering, reconciliation, and validation across all group entities
  • Own the budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast cycles (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet), including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Prepare monthly variance reports (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual), explain drivers, and recommend actions to management
  • Develop and monitor financial metrics and KPIs (e.g., gross margin, operating margin, ROI, CAC/LTV, AR/AP, working capital, liquidity metrics) to support performance management
  • Margin Analysis by Product/Service Line: perform regular margin analysis by product or service line, identify drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize profitability
  • Cost Center Analysis and Cost Efficiency: analyze costs by cost center, monitor cost efficiency, identify variances, and propose optimization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a global cost center structure for the entire group across multiple locations; ensure alignment with organizational strategy and financial reporting requirements
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and capital allocation decisions, particularly within technology/product development, gaming pipelines, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Improve financial processes, controls, and data quality; implement best practices for data governance, data extraction, and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Country Controllers) to gather inputs and validate assumptions
  • Prepare month-end close support materials, management packs, and board-ready reports as required
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior FP&A staff; develop training materials and standards for reporting and analytics
  • Stay current with industry trends in technology and gaming, BI tools, and FP&A best practices; identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CMA/CPA strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, and/or consolidation experience; multinational/multicountry exposure is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in the technology or gaming sector, including familiarity with product development cycles, licensing, and digital/recurring revenue models
  • Proficiency in building finance dashboards from scratch using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and strong data visualization skills
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements and management reports; strong consolidation experience is required
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and consolidation software; familiarity with data integration and ETL concepts
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial information, identify trends, and present clear recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A processes, dashboards, and data governance in tech/gaming contexts
  • Knowledge of financial metrics relevant to technology and gaming (e.g., ARPU, churn, lifetime value in subscription models)
  • Experience with monthly close processes and management reporting in a multinational corporate environment
