Foundation Stage Teacher / Early Years Lead Practitioner

Viet Nam Tinh Hoa, supported by North London Collegiate School International, is seeking outstanding **Foundation Stage teachers**, with the potential appointment of an **Early Years Lead Practitioner** for suitably experienced or aspiring leaders.
We are a fully authorised **IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School**, offering a high-quality, inquiry-led education that blends Vietnamese cultural heritage with NLCS's tradition of academic excellence. Our Early Years provision is play-based, child-centred, and built on strong foundations, with clear systems and supportive leadership in place.
This Role Is Ideal For
- Exceptional Early Years teachers seeking a high-quality international classroom role, and
- Experienced or aspiring Early Years leaders ready to take on additional responsibility while remaining firmly classroom-based.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Be an excellent Early Years practitioner with strong understanding of EYFS or an equivalent framework
- Deliver play-based, inquiry-led learning aligned with the IB PYP
- Work collaboratively within a bilingual EnglishVietnamese model
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Additional leadership responsibilities may be offered to suitable candidates following interview, supported by a leadership allowance.
