Footwear Developer

Lac Ty Company Limited is a joint venture established in 1990 between An Lac Shoe Company and LaiYih Footwear Group in Vietnam. The company specializes in producing vulcanized sports shoes and prides itself on diverse designs and materials, ranging from cotton and jeans to high-end PU and leather. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, the company prioritizes product quality, worker safety, and environmental sustainability.

I. Qualifications

- Responsible for working with customers: receiving and making clear information/problems (MM/CAD/pattern).

- Working with related departments (Purchasing/Costing/Pattern/Tooling/Sample Room/VR/Technical/OCPT) to test sample products and ensure accuracy and functional integrity of products.

- Created and tracked color table/BOM on company system to provide materials for stages of making shoes.

- Manage project information, ensure its accuracy and timeline requested, and lead meetings with customers, suppliers, and team members.

- Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and following up on all necessary documents through the development process.

- Supporting the resolution of problems that arise in the product process.

II. Experience Requirements

- At least 1 year of footwear experience in product creation.

- Have knowledge of pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, customs, patents, and manufacturing processes.

- Project and team management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Demonstrated skill in problem solving and results orientation.
