Job Description

Job Title: F&B Marketing Manager

Reports To: Director of Marketing & Communications

Role Overview:

The F&B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across the hotel's restaurants, bars, and banquet operations. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with both the Marketing Division and F&B teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximize F&B revenue.
  • Collaborate with F&B outlets to design seasonal promotions, special events, and partnerships.
  • Align F&B marketing initiatives with overall hotel brand strategy.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, social media campaigns, and digital visibility for F&B outlets.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with banquet and event teams to boost bookings through tailored marketing efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality or F&B industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to design engaging campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Increase F&B revenue by minimum 10% through focused promotions and campaigns.
