Job Description

Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business goals.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, quality standards, and compliance with Hyatt brand requirements.
  • Manage departmental budgets, costs, productivity, and revenue opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team members to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented culture across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an international hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall hotel F&B operations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Strong guest service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant local regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems.
  • Fluent in English additional languages are an advantage.
