About the job

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations of House of Barbaard Hanoi/ Level 8 - Rooftop Lounge.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our lounge bar, kitchen, private rooms, events, and F&B service, ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality while building a strong and motivated team. This role requires someone who is comfortable being present on the floor, leading by example, solving problems quickly, and taking ownership of both the guest experience and the commercial performance of the F&B operation. Success means smooth daily operations, happy guests, a strong team culture, consistent service standards, effective cost control, and continuous improvement of the Hanoi F&B business.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily F&B operations of House of Barbaard Hanoi, including the lounge bar, kitchen, private rooms, and events.
Lead, train, and develop the F&B team while building a positive and professional working culture.
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience.
Be actively present on the floor and support the team during busy service periods.
Ensure private room bookings, events, member visits, and special guest requests are prepared and executed smoothly.
Build strong relationships with members and regular guests, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain product quality and service consistency.
Manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and daily team organization.
Monitor revenue, costs, margins, labor, wastage, stock, and other key operational performance indicators.
Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory controls.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
Ensure company procedures and operational standards are followed consistently.
Work closely with sales, marketing, barbering, and other management teams.
Support events, promotions, menu development, and other F&B initiatives.
Provide regular operational and performance reporting to management.

Requirements

Fluent Vietnamese, with strong English communication skills.
Proven experience in F&B, restaurant, bar, hospitality management, or a similar operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of high-quality hospitality and guest service.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
Good understanding of F&B costs, inventory, labor management, and operational performance.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of how service and operational decisions affect revenue and profitability.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in premium hospitality, hotels, restaurants, bars, private clubs, or lifestyle concepts is an advantage.
Confident communicator with impeccable personal presentation and alignment with the House of Barbaard standard.

Salary: Base 20-28 million VND
