Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive service and demonstrating strong knowledge of menu offerings. The role supports guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness standards while contributing to the overall success of the food and beverage operation.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food preparation standards, beverage offerings, and professional service techniques.
- Confidently explain, recommend, and upsell menu items and hotel products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Deliver prompt, professional service and proactively anticipate guest needs to elevate the overall experience.
- Build positive guest relationships, including addressing guests by name and communicating with warmth and professionalism.
- Recognize opportunities to enhance the guest journey through personalized service and thoughtful interactions.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, taking action within authority and escalating when necessary.
- Promote all hotel facilitiesincluding restaurants, bars, and event spacesto support sales initiatives.
- Adhere to all health, safety, security, and emergency procedures while reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
- Maintain consistently high cleanliness standards and follow hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
- Support a safe, organized, and servicefocused work environment at all times.
Requirement
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage or related service field.
- Prior food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
- Proactive, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
