Job Description

DESCRIPTON:

Facilities & Technical Operations:

·        Manage and operate building systems: Electrical & water systems; HVAC; Fire protection systems; Elevators; CCTV & security systems; Generator & UPS.

·        Ensure continuous, safe, and standard-compliant operations.

·        Handle emergency technical issues.

Maintenance Management:

·        Establish periodic maintenance plans.

·        Supervise maintenance and repair contractors..

·        Control maintenance quality, schedule, and costs

Technical Team Management:

·        Manage technical and maintenance teams.

·        Assign shifts and evaluate staff performance.

·        Train staff on operating procedures and safety regulations.

Safety & Compliance:

·        Ensure compliance with: Occupational safety; Fire protection regulations; Environmental regulations.

·        Work with authorities during inspections.

·        Organize periodic fire drills.

Budget Control & Reporting:

·      Prepare operation and maintenance budgets.

·      Monitor utility and maintenance costs.

·      Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly operation reports.

·      Propose technical improvements and cost-saving solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor's degree in: Electrical / Refrigeration / M&E / Mechanical / Construction / Engineering

·      At least 7 years of experience in technical facilities management for buildings, hotels, or malls

·      Strong knowledge of: M&E systems; HVAC; Fire protection systems

·      Skills: Team management; Problem solving; Planning & cost control

·      Good English communication (or Korean is a plus)

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (FROM 40.000.000 GROSS)
