Financial Specialist

Job Responsibility

1Responsible for the daily financial management;

2Responsible for the financial analysis of the business or subsidiary, make suggestion on finance related improvement and give early warning for potential Financial Risks;

3Responsible for communication with external financial auditor, vendor and consultant.

4Develop relevant professional financial accounting rules according to the relevant provisions of laws and regulations;

5Experience in Accounts Payable;

6Pesponsible for preparation of Financial Statement and Accounting books according to VAS regulation;

7Experience on monthly reconciliation, Entering Journal Vouchers, Reversal of Journal Vouchers against under/over provision under VAS;

8Cooperate with local sales business, customs duty payment and other work;

9Form close cooperation with related departments of headquarter, positive and correct working attitude.

Qualifications

1Major in accounting, auditing or finance management,more than 2 years of financial related work experience is preferred;

2Strong logical thinking ability;

3Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English (or Chinese);

4Highly organized and adept in coordination;

5Effective communication skills;

6Vietnam Chief Accountant Qualification;

7Expertise in finance management and accounting management software (SAP experience is a plus) and MS Excel;
